Fiber Optic Transceivers

Micropac fiber optic transmitter and receiver devices provide the ability to implement a range of high-speed data communication links. These links enable copper to fiber conversion for electrical isolation, noise immunity and long-distance equipment separation. Designed to interface with multimode optical fibers starting from 50 um core diameter and larger. They are available standalone or pre-mounted in industry standard ST or SMA housings and in PCB or panel mount configurations. Standard data rates up to 10 MHz at 850 nm wavelength range are immediately available. A variety of data rates, wavelengths, and output power levels available upon request. All devices are pre-tested during manufacture with optical cable to ensure compliance and quality.
