RoHS (Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances) regulations limit or ban specific substances -- lead, cadmium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB), mercury, hexavalent chromium, and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants – in new electronic and electric equipment. Micropac is committed to the development and production of environmentally friendly products according to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive (2002/95/EC) in all applicable applications.

REACH is a regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals, while enhancing the competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry. ITAR Compliance
Micropac is registered with the United States Department of State as a manufacturer of defense articles under its International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and has put an Export Compliancy Program in place.
DFARS Compliance
Micropac is in compliance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) policies and procedures.
