It is the policy
of MII as an "Equal Opportunity Employer" that all persons shall receive equal

for employment decisions, or (3) such conduct has the purpose or effect of
unreasonable interference with work performance or creating an intimidating,
hostile or offensive working environment. MII will not tolerate any forms of
harassment of employees.
It is the desire of MII to maintain a working atmosphere in which employees are
free to devote their full attention to the requirements of their particular job.
Employees of MII who believe they have been discriminated against or harassed
because of race, sex, or national origin are encouraged to discuss in confidence
the circumstances of such problems with MII's Human Resource Department. They
will be responsible for the investigation and appropriate response to such
complaints.
